Nigga is a term used by black people to identify who your who is your brotha or friend, a term of indearment if you will.
Nigger is what white people say when they try to say nigga and that is a term of oppression so white people should quit trying to use nigga. It is only usable amongst other white people. If your real good friends with a black person you might get a nigga in once a month MAYBE. Just use ninja instead white people.
