This type of meme is most commonly used by insecure teenagers at the age of 17 or under who pretend to find them funny because they make them feel good about their political beliefs by implying that they are "obviously correct."

The principle of Wojack memes revolve around selecting a vaguely-defined group, strawmanning whatever beliefs they may have, and drawing them as an intentionally ugly or grotesque character. Then, the creator of the meme inserts their own uninspired beliefs that they just got from the last cringe compilation they watched as a character, but instead draws them to be more attractive or higher-quality. Then, after posting the meme to either 4chan or r/politicalcompassmemes, will start drowning in the likes and upvotes from other insecure teenagers who think that relating to the meme makes them special.
