ass smoothie 

A smoothie (or other beverage) that is first prepared in a blender, then poured into a woman's ass. The woman then stands up, jumps up and down to mix the smoothie, pours it into a glass and drinks it.

Pornstar Cheyenne Hunter made an ass smoothie in our test kitchen.
