It is the official gender of anything from hell that has female characteristics and can spawn many offspring. Basically, it is the whore of hell.

That felmale is like the old rusted village bicycle from hell; everyone's had such a horrific time riding her. People stagger away from her with their life ruined and STDs a' pleanty.
