Fear is thinking that there is no hope when fact hope is always there, as well as fear at any level to take initiative is a loss, to conclude here is not able to fully mature for the simple fact that everything is under the divine plan God's greater process good is more overpowering than any fear or bad thought possible to fully erupt like a volcano.
Fears disadvantaged is its own self, Not mature enough of love to bloom.
