One who appears to follow the "scene" trend. You can find most scene bawls with tight, dark clothes, skinny jeans, tons of colors in their hair, and heavy makeup.

Louisa- Dude, look at that girl. Her hair looks like a rainbow threw up on it.
Emily- SCENE BAWL!
