Scrapist
A portmanteau of 'webscraping' and 'rapist'.
Usually refers to those who either commit or support the act of scraping a service or website, especially without or directly against the explicit non-consent of the webmaster or the users.
This comes from the victim-blaming argument "If you didn't want it to be scraped, why did you put it online?" being analogous to "If you didn't want to be raped, why did you dress like that?".
People like these have frequently been described to have a "rapist mentality", as they either ignore the victims' opinions or lack of given consent, or they explicitly go after those who have expressed that they don't want this, calling the victims "copyright trolls" or other misrepresentations.
Classic trolling or bullying is also performed by those who commonly fit this definition.
