Hand of Saruman

A (generally) sexual maneuver in which a woman covers her hand in her own uterine lining that is in the process of being slowly evacuated from her birth canal and slaps it on the face or chest of the man, leaving a red handprint, while exclaiming "Saruman!"

Leah told us about the time she gave her boyfriend the Hand of Saruman. It was gross.
