An arabic word means "how are you?" which can be asked to males only. For femals the question will be "keef halek".
Female colleague: Hellow. Keef Halak?
Male colleague: I am fine. Keef Halek?
Female collegue: I am fine, thanks.
Male colleague: I am fine. Keef Halek?
Female collegue: I am fine, thanks.
