Dipsy

A title given to a female obtaining a hotness level of 7 or better on a scale of 1 to 10.

"Shit, there's a dipsy over there."
"I don't know man, I'd only give her a 6."
"Are you a fucking idiot?! She definitely an 8...therefore, dipsy."
