When you are in the bath and you have explosive diarrhoea.

The mist represents the brown mist being expelled from your anus and the gorillas are the nuggets also being expelled from said anus.

Steve: Woah! Last night I had a curry then took a bath. I had gorillas in the mist.
John: Nice Steve... Nice...
