Extremely intoxicated. Named after NFL player TJ Houshmandzadeh, houshmandzaded is a synonym for wasted or trashed. Nothing to do with the player or the person Houshmandzadeh, the word just sounds right to describe the condition.
Went out drinking with my buddies last and and got totally houshmandzaded. Have a nasty hangover today.
