Sherpe

A shit covered herpe. Most commonly found near the asshole where a passing turd has scraped across a herpe thus covering it with shit.

Ray said, "I'd go down on a bitch with herpes, but I'll be damned if I'ma go near some sherpes"

Damon replied, "fuck that, I'll slurp some sherp!"
