Duque's Law
Whenever a person is given advice or offered help, but they refuse help/disregard your advice, so its simply best to ignore them and acknowledge that their refusal ultimately benefits you thru preserving the advantage they could have used/shared.
Person 1: "Hey, have you realized how our coworker doesnt want to accept any of our advice on how to make his work easier?"
Person 2: "Yeah, I just remember Duque's law and stop trying to convince them when that happens."
