Term used to describe a person becoming sexually active with a close lady friend. While making sure that no mates will find out.
Developed and associated with the term Camo.

Boy: Hey do you want to dance?

Girl: Yeah that would be great.

Boy: Not here, it's a bit crowded. Lets go into the room next door.

Girl: ok!

Boy: It's so good to see you tonight. I forgot how amazing you are (throwing the tougne in).

Mate: Oh my god I think boy is doing a Crampto.
