The feeling one gets after viewing the new movie "Batman: The Dark Knight" where they have no morals or any feelings of a kind nature, and would love only to wreak havoc and anarchy.

Bill: Dude, I can't believe you just hit that lady with the car. I think she's hurt.

Dude: Why so serious, Bill?

Bill: Dude, i think you've got a Joker Hangover
