Garbage Pail Cousin

Your least favorite (or the most irrelevant) cousin. The term comes from the tv show "It's Always Sunny in Philidelphia."

Tara:Have you seen Joey lately?
Sabrina:Ew,why would I want to? She's our garbage pail cousin.
