It's either that girl that passes by you in the mall or that whore at school. Sometimes a skinny bitch isn't actually a bitch. Sometimes skinny bitch can be used as a compliment.
"Did you see that skinny bitch walk by? She's gorgeous" or "omg that skinny bitch is such a whore" and if you don't want to say "skinny bitch" out loud just say the letters "SB" to your friend so she knows there's a skinny bitch close by.
