A Dan B 

1) Someone who is tends not to stand up for themselves but will run to someone else for help. In other words, a grass.
Usually hated by most people and when in certain situations, will cry and generally annoy everybody in the area.
2) Someone with a small head.

person1) Hey, look at that guys abnormally small head.
person2) Haha, yeah he's got a Dan B.

Example 2
person1) Stop crying poof face, your such a Dan B.
