Trick-Sac- (Noun) To have your testicles removed to have a zipper applied to enable the storage of drugs and other paraphernalia.

Paul -"Hey Bob check out my Trick-Sac, I just had it done."
Bob- " Wow Paul, looks great, you'll be able to store a lot of crack rock in there!"
