The act of condescendingly explaining to someone that all their problems would disappear if they just switched browsers, implying they are technologically inferior for their browser choice. A portmanteau of "browser" and "splaining" (derived from "mansplaining").

Often performed by self-proclaimed tech experts, developers, and IT guys who treat browser preference as a moral failing.

I just wanted help with the website bug, but instead he spent 20 minutes browserplaining why Safari users deserve every problem they get.
