BAMCIS

This word is not a word at all rather an acronym used by the United States Marine Corps. It stands for Begin the planning, Arrange for reconnaissance, Make reconnaissance, Complete the plan, Issue the order, and Supervise. These are the six leadership steps to a successful mission.
