If they're dumb and you don't like them. They're a twitfuck. Appropriate nomenclature for someone who is dumb that you do not like for some undisclosed reason (most likely their insane dumbness)

George Bush: "Hi America, I'm a dumb ass"
America: "No, you're a twitfuck."
