Dust pan

A tall, blone hair, blue eyed male of dutch heritage.

Somtimes used in an insulting way from people of non-dutch heritage.

A cheap(negative) or thrifty(positive) person.

Man that guy will never pay the full price for anything he is such a Dust pan!
