Mr. Derp 

Quite possibly the best South Park character ever created. Temporarily replaced Chef in the episode "The Succubus." His name is derived from the word derp which has been used for centuries for no particular reason.

"Chef is gone, so let me introduce myself. I'm your new cook, Mr. Derp!" (DUN DUUUUUN)
