Someone who has "Delusional Franka" means that he thinks everything negative about his life is because of "Mr.A". Than he goes in to the phase of ignoring everyone in his life, And will think Mr.A ruined his life. But Mr.A is everywhere.

Mike his PC was lagging and he thinks that Mr.A did it so he has Delusional Franka.
