Panger

Panger (noun): A person who, through an obsession with overcoming suffering, hits rock bottom and discovers a "gift of desperation." Leveraging their anger and powerlessness, they declare "enough is enough" and commit to unlocking their full potential. A panger channels their obsession into a passion, mastering their craft to such an extreme degree that they appear to have an unfair advantage—like they’re "cheating" at life. Only the 1% achieve this level of relentless power, focus and skill. A panger lives by the mantra that giving up is the only true failure; they never quit, they finish him.

Panger (noun): Inspired by Liu Kang from Mortal Kombat 2, a panger is someone who, like the legendary fighter, masters their craft with relentless precision and an unbreakable spirit. Growing up, my friend and I spent hours learning every move, combo, and fatality, channeling Liu Kang’s fiery determination. A panger takes that same energy—turning suffering, anger, and obsession into an unstoppable drive to dominate their field. They’re so good at what they do, it’s like they’ve unlocked a cheat code to life. Just like Liu Kang’s iconic "finish him," a panger never quits—they rise, they fight, and they conquer.
