Weep out loud (includes all forms of the verb "to weep"). This can express a state of mind or can be used as an apology.
This was first used on June 15, 2009, by an Arizona newspaper columnist who emailed a link to an Arizona blogger, saying, "Read this. First you'll LOL. Then you'll WOL (weep out loud)."
