1.) Its weird, but cool

2.) It could be the dumbest idea anyone has heard but they come to realize that it works smoothly and eloquently.

3.) A more relaxed way of saying, "it seems kind of lame, but i like it, its cool.."

Person 1: I built my tree house out of plastic.

Person 2: That's pretty erfy bro!
