What high class, self asorbed, self obsessed homosexuals, especially the club kids, call other club kids who are drug addicts. Although they do drugs themselves, this is a hypocritical term.

He is the original drug child. But I dont do drugs. In fact, I hate Heroine. (sniffs Heroine)
