Bulgarian Justice

(Can be referred to simply as "Bulgarian") (see examples)

A term referring to the feeling of being hard done by, treated unfairly or when things just don't go your way. This terminology can be used in a vast array of situations; from being skanked out of a few quid change at a bar, to being "wrongly" imprisoned for a crime you "didn't" commit.
(Having played an exquisite escape from a snooker, then going in off). "That's Bulgarian man!"

(Having been sent down for 15 years for a crime you still plead your innocence to). "I'm innocent, but that's Bulgarian Justice for you, lah."
