An interchangeable hat/merkin (pubic wig).

Tom: "Hey Jim, you're getting a bit of sunburn on your bald spot there..."
Jim: "Thanks for pointing that out, I'll just flip my merkin onto my head for protection. Thank god for the hatkin!"
