Kinderwhore is anyone of ANYAGE who deliberately dresses like a Catholic schoolgirl, but wears the outfit in a slutty, "whorish" manner, with the white shirt unbuttoned low, the plaid skirt worn very high and revealing, and hair usually tied in pigtails or something equally childish. Sometimes seen worn with messily-applied makeup.
