Boy best friend means (when you are in a relationship between 10-16). You will come across this..."Boy best friend"or "Girl best friend" which means that y'all are best friends and you would date the person but you got a gf or bf. Trust me,i came across dat twice.

Him: "Ehh,I got a gf right now. So for right now you can be my Girlbestfriend."💕
Or

Her:"Ehh, i got a bf right now.So for right know you can be my BoyBestfriend."💕
