Worthless WithOut Pics: used to describe a thread or internet article that has information without any accompanying photographs. This is especially appropriate when the thread or article deals with nudity (especially public), anyone "caught in the act" (especially criminals & celebrities), any person or animal with extra and/or enlarged body parts, or any combination of the three.
