Pussy Plate

A pussy plate is the 2.5 lb. plate. It's one of the smallest weights addable to a barbell or adjustable dumbell. Pussy plate is used as a pejorative when someone uses such little weight.

"Bro, seriously, the pussy plate?"
"Yeah, you're right. Throw a ten on there."
