Watermelon Sugar

A song by some guy named Harry Styles. He says in the song “and I don’t know if I could go without, Watermelon Sugar, High”. I think he is implying that this so called Watermelon Sugar may be in fact a drug , because if you did not know, drugs make you high. I am thinking that this drug, may be very sweet, due to the point that he is trying to make, that it tastes sweet like watermelons and their sugar. He is also very dependent on the drug, because he knows he doesn’t think he could ever go without that Watermelon Sugar.

Me - “Ayo, Antoine and Antonio quit smoking that sweet Watermelon Sugar! You will get high and have an addiction to it!“
Antoine - “Yeah I know, I’m high right now!”
Antonio- “That Watermelon Sugar is so sweet! Yum!”
