Rinsha means "person below" in Mandarin. Therefore, when someone tells you to Rinsha, they want to you to go on the bottom so they can fuck you on top. Usually, the term Rinsha is only used when your really horny and you cant wait to have sex. Using the term saves time from actually saying "go on the bottom so i can fuck you like i mean it."
