The act of working out involved a bungie cord with a butt plug on one end inserted in the anal cavity and the other end connected to a tie down on the floor. As you do a squatting movement up and down the exercise strengthens your quads, hamstrings, glutes, gluteous maximus, and also your sphincter muscle.
Man 1 - "Wow dude I am sore as hell today"
Man 2 - "Why?"
Man 1 - "I just got done with a chazzercise workout! My butthole is as tight as fort knox"
Man 2 - "That has to feel so good"
Man 1 - "Yeah dude, It feels so strong I could put a golf ball in there and shoot it past Saturn!"
