Hippie Limp 

To be a Hippie Limp is to be a really relaxed and at-peace person. This may or may not involve the use of drugs or alcohol.
Usually this occurs inside a household, it is very similar to being lazy only it is specific to a stereotype.

"They are being hippie limp and are not going to work today."
