A Bongknocker is an entity (human or animal) who would rather run through your bong, knocking it over, spilling the water and potentially breaking it, as apposed to walking around it respectfully and gracefully.

"Who spilled the bong!? ROXY! You BONGKNOCKER! BAD DOG!"
