Carolina Butt Sandwich (CBS) is when someone spreads thier cheeks, lathers one ass cheek with Peanut Butter and lathers the other with Jelly. The person then lets go of their cheeks to make the perfect CBS. A man named Devin then begins to scarf the sandwich down.

A Carolina Butt Sandwich is when an individual spreads their butt cheeks and lathers peanut butter on one cheek up to the butt hole, lathers the other cheek in jelly up to the butt hole and then releases their cheeks to create a Butt Sandwhich. A guy by the name of Devin or Mike then scarfs the booty until the sandwhich is gone.
