Neelys- is what you might call an EXTREMLY LAZY person or sum1 who likes to eat ALOT of food!!
You might YELL NEELSY when you open your freezer and there is absoluty no VANILLA ICE-CREAM LEFT!!!!!

You see a fat kid running down the block you might say "Run neelys Run"

or you migh say to a loved one "GET UP OFF THE COUCH YOU NEELYS!!!!!!!"
