OPAH is an acronym for Only Poops At Home. People with this disorder tend to have very shy colons and cannot have a proper bowel movement unless it is in the confines of their own dwelling.
"Man, I sure had to take a shit at work today. Unfortunately, I'm an OPAH, so I had to go home on my lunch break to take care of business."
