A thing that comes out of your vagina once a month if your not pregnant and that is kind of annoying. also, YES YOU CAN SWIM WITH IT AND SHOWER WITH IT CAUSE IT STOPS IN WATER!!!!!! It gives you cramps and it hurts to pull the tampon out if your a beginer.

Aw man... I got my period! Now I gotta clean my underwear with loads and loads of bleach!
