A way to describe your old-ass neighbors who may engage in the following behaviors:

-Calling the cops on your party
-Asking you to move heavy objects
-Putting plastic on their furniture
-Smelling like old people
-Using grocery carts

"Boy, my grandneighbor totally ruined my bbq when she called the cops".
