A true Hectite Witch, male or female. This Hectite witch generally has a birthmark of power. The Johe Hectite's powers are natural, and needs no assist from candels, incense etc. It isn't even a necessity for them to cast a circle. Most Johe Hectites manifest telekinetic abilities and some rarer types are "firestarters" or can summond winds or storms at will. These powers are said to double in strength when the full moon is triune to their sun sign. As you may have determined by now,a Johe Hectite is rare...but a Hectite also has the ability to "impart powers" to a lesser degree to those who he or she is mentoring.
