Someone who transports significant quantities of illicit drugs via car or train, and uses those drugs during the journey.
John was arrested at an Amtrak station after train officials smelled marijuana coming from his sleeper cabin. After police boarded the train and found large quantities of marijuana, it was determined that he was a gaph.
