Prom High 

At the high school prom when an individual, normally a girl, feels almost high. Exhibiting extra energy and is very pleasant as well as happy. The person in question is normally crabby because of sleep deprivation the next day.

"Dude Jillian was a bitch today!"
"Yea she was just coming down off of her Prom High"
