A Scrobbo is a derogatory term for a drug user or general scumbag. It originates in Grimsby where for several years, graffiti adorned the wall at Asda which read 'SCROBBO YA DEAD' Everyone assumed Scrobbo was wanted to a drugs debt and forthwith, any smackhead adopted the the tag of a scrobbo.
